Flowers for Hazel

This is the flower stand I made as a Christmas gift for my mother Hazel in 1999.


 The only flowers I had were tiny dried flowers and I made the roses from punched circles of coloured paper. They look a bit basic to todays standard!



My mum treasured this, she loved flowers.

    Very beautiful gift you made for your mother, so many and so beautiful floral detail. I understand why your mother was happy for it. She could feel all your love in every detail.

    Fue un bello regalo, ya que ella amaba las plantas. Seguro que le gustó mucho y sentia placer en contemplarlo.

    Such a pretty flower stand. And it is at its best when placed in a nice sunny spot (as in the last picture); it makes me feel sunny inside too :-)
